Stockwell is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to join our growing Solana team. In this role, you will work closely with our Project team to support the delivery of design documentation, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for our customers.

Solana is a Stockwell business that designs, builds and manages thriving over 50s lifestyle resorts. Each resort features smart, functional two-bedroom homes for retired singles or couples, alongside a Livewell Centre with shared amenities such as a pool, gym, cinema, craft room, library and community garden.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consultant co-ordination to ensure designs are developed in accordance with the cost plan and documentation program.
- Identify and recommend design improvements, driving consultants to complete detailed design and documentation.
- Carry out design review/overlay, clash detection, and coordination to ensure satisfactorily fit for purpose.
- Review, manage and close out shop drawings.
- Actively review, identify, and resolve any design and coordination issues that may impact time, cost, or progress on site.
- Proactively engage with the Site teams during construction to ensure a smooth delivery of design documentation.

About You:





In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Design Project Manager, desirably on Residential, and/or civil projects.
- Exposure to relevant systems such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
- Confidence managing priorities across multiple projects and keeping deadlines on track.
- The ability to lead and drive a consultant team for the best outcomes.
- A qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related.
