About the Role

As part of the Digital team, the Digital Producer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating content across HIA’s website. You will create exceptional online experiences for members, customers, and visitors, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with digital best practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging, reader‑friendly web pages that enrich the user experience.
- Maintain accurate,



up‑to‑date website content.
- Translate complex or ambiguous briefs into clear digital outputs.
- Act as a Sitecore specialist, contributing to digital guidelines and web standards.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support website campaigns, initiatives, and optimisation activities.

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Producer in an agile environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong English language skills
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences.
- Skilled in using content management systems to publish content.
- Strong people skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience with Sitecore (highly regarded)
