Our digital team is growing at Chain Social, and we are thrilled to be recruiting for a parental leave cover Digital Team Lead. You'll start by managing a portfolio of senior-weight client accounts as a Senior Account Manager, working alongside our current Digital Team Lead to learn the ropes before transitioning into the Team Lead role when the incumbent heads off on parental leave.

What you'll be doing (as Senior Account Manager)

- Lead a portfolio of senior-weight digital accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Klaviyo, owning strategy, KPIs and client communication end to end
- Onboard recent clients and set the strategic direction for their accounts
- Mentor and support junior team members on day-to-day account management
- Plan and optimise paid campaigns, oversee Meta funnels and dig into e-store analytics and conversion data
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting, including strategy presentations for your clients

Then, stepping into Digital Team Lead

- Lead a high-performing digital team alongside our Digital Director, setting the tone for how we deliver for clients




- Manage a small portfolio of AAA accounts with the support of an Account Coordinator
- Run weekly team meetings and 1:1 WIPs, support performance reviews and keep the team's KPI tracker on point
- Be the escalation point for client conflicts and emergencies, and the person the team comes to for guidance
- Work closely with the Digital Director on the department's strategic plan

Success in this role looks like confidently owning your portfolio and achieving great results. It's building real trust with the leadership as you learn how we run the team and set strategy. It’s team members growing in skill and confidence under your mentoring, client retention and results staying strong across your accounts and, when it's time to step up, a handover that feels seamless.

Most of all, it looks like our outgoing Team Lead heading off on parental leave knowing the team and our clients are genuinely in good hands.

About you

- Minimum 7 years' experience in a digital marketing agency in a client-facing, performance-driven role
- Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Klaviyo
- Experience mentoring or managing others, or a genuine drive to step into that space
- A strategic head for paid performance and a sharp eye for reporting and analytics




- Exceptional client relationship skills: you're the strategic partner clients trust, not just the person who runs their ads
- A passion for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands
