We deal with clients from a range of industries including Local Government, Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Schools and other Educational Institutes. The full-time role of the Receptionist also encompasses Accounts elements.
You To be successful for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Experience as a receptionist/bookkeeper
- Experience with Xero is preferred
- Experience with Aroflo or other Job Management
- Solid MS Office program knowledge and application
- Well organised, able to multitask and flexible to adjust to changing priorities
- Professional and polite phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and well presented
The Role
Reception
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Calendar bookings for sales staff
- Distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Logging and updating of CRM and Aroflo Job Management System
- Completion of monthly sales reports
- Prepare basic quotes / assist sales staff with quote preparation
Accounts/Bookkeeping
- Generating invoices, processing payments, and issuing of receipts
- Preparation & Lodgement of Activity Statements.
- Bookkeeping duties including processing end of month
- Entering data into Xero accounting software
- Debt collection
