About the role

You will help create a clean, comfortable workplace in our participants' homes. You will assist with general domestic cleaning, use equipment and products safely, and follow hygiene and infection prevention practices. With a person-centred approach, you’ll support participants to live independently and make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. This role covers the North Metro region.

About you

You’ll be proactive and self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and care.

Your key experience will include:

- Previous experience in cleaning, domestic services or similar role
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Driver’s License
- Access to a suitable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- Infection Prevention Control certificate
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
