Droneit Group is seeking a talented Drone (RPAS) Training Instructor to join our team in Orchard Hills, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and assessment to students seeking to obtain their Remote Pilot Licence (RePL).
What you'll be doing
1. Delivering comprehensive RePL + AROC training training to students
2. Conducting assessments for Remote Pilot Licences (RePL) and other endorsements
3. Ensuring all training and assessment activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
4. Maintaining detailed records of student progress and assessment outcomes
5. Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning
6. Continuously updating your knowledge to stay informed of industry developments and best practices
What we're looking for
1. Extensive experience as a Remote Pilot with a CASA AROC, RePL, 25kg endorsement. Aeroplane and Powered Lift endorsements can be supplied.
2. Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds
3. Strong knowledge of CASA RPAS regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, deliver, and assess training programs
5. Excellent problem-solving,
critical thinking, and attention to detail
6. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
7. Own vehicle is required
