Team Member to work in a small highly motivated and energetic team in a trade centre warehouse. This is a casual position involving warehouse operations and site deliveries. It is a very busy and physically demanding setting involving constant lifting, loading, and unloading items without forklifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting customers
- Housekeeping (cleaning, tidying, etc)
- Assisting other team members
- Undertaking deliveries to customer work sites where required
- Stacking, unpacking, counting and presenting products
- Answering phones
- Using computers / company software
About you
- Current Australian driver's licence required
- Clean driving record with no accidents or loss of licence in the last 5 years
- Current truck licence is an advantage
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Trade and/or labouring background in physically demanding areas (tiling, concreting, bricklaying) may suit this role
- Well presented with ability to get along well with all types of people
- Very good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and motivated
- Physically fit and able to spend long periods of time on the warehouse floor
