EFSANÉ is a new modern Turkish restaurant concept coming to Brisbane, created around one simple idea: Turkish With A Twist.

We’re taking the incredible flavours, dishes and traditions of Turkish cuisine and bringing them into a modern dining experience. Traditional at heart but creative in execution.

From our kitchen and Turkish pastries to our oven, drinks and front-of-house experience, EFSANÉ is being built to do things a little differently.

And now, we’re looking for the team who will bring it to life.

Our pastry team will work with a unique range of Turkish-inspired pastries and desserts, while our oven team will focus on traditional and modern Turkish oven items.

We’re developing a creative range of signature mocktails, Turkish-inspired drinks and unique beverages designed specifically around the EFSANÉ experience.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re not only looking for experience.





We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy being part of a team and want to help build something new.

For our senior and specialist positions, strong experience is important. Knowledge of Turkish, Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in talented people who understand great food and are excited to learn.

For other positions, attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

This isn’t an established restaurant where you’re simply joining an existing system.

You’ll be joining the opening team of a completely new brand and helping shape its culture from the beginning.

EFSANÉ is part of United Food Group, a growing Brisbane hospitality group operating three brands. This gives our team the opportunity to be part of a new concept while having the support, systems and experience of an established hospitality group behind it.

We’re looking to build a team of approximately 25+ people, with opportunities for casual, part time and full-time positions.
