Join the Surgical Ward at Armidale Hospital and be part of a team where every shift brings something new. You’ll provide person-centred care across general surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology and medicine, giving you the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience and grow your confidence.
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll be supported to develop your skills, take on new challenges and make a real difference to patients and their families throughout their hospital journey.
About The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients throughout their admission and recovery.

About You You’re a passionate Enrolled Nurse who is committed to safe, respectful and person-centred care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
You’ll Bring
- Current Enrolled Nurse AHPRA registration.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise care and respond to changing patient needs.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
Acute or surgical nursing experience is desirable but not essential.

Nurses who are motivated to learn,
