We're looking for a dedicated and caring Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and creating positive patient experiences.

You Will Bring

- Strong communication and active listening skills, ensuring patients and their families feel heard, respected, and supported.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing protected, compassionate, and person-centred care
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while contributing positively to workplace culture.
- A willingness to learn, develop your clinical skills, and build your knowledge within the specialty of neurology.
- Previous neurology experience is highly regarded; however, Enrolled Nurses from a variety of clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role,

- Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
