In this role, you'll:

You'll support the coordination and maintenance of ICT environments, helping to deliver system changes, upgrades and new application deployments. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you'll monitor workplace performance, assist with release and change activities, provide user support, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that keep our environments running smoothly.

About you

You're a proactive and organised ICT professional with experience supporting infrastructure, environments, or technology operations. You have exposure to operating systems such as UNIX, Linux and Windows, along with experience working with databases including Oracle and MySQL. You enjoy working across multiple priorities, have strong attention to detail,



and are comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to solve problems and deliver outcomes.

Experience supporting system changes, upgrades, releases or environment management activities will set you up for success in this role.
