You’ll play a key role in:

Leading a high-performing estimating team and helping shape the work we pursue across WA. You’ll bring commercial insight, clear direction and a sharp eye for opportunity to develop competitive tenders that support sustainable growth and deliver value for our clients.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the pace and challenge of pre-construction, thrives on bringing people together around a winning strategy, and wants to make their mark in an established WA operation with strong local relationships and national backing.

- Lead, coach and develop the estimating team through clear objectives, feedback and performance reviews
- Drive high-quality, commercially competitive tender submissions from initial review through to final approval
- Lead tender reviews and contribute to bid strategy, subcontractor selection, margin recommendations and market analysis
- Partner with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Monitor tender performance, conversions, profitability and team results, providing clear reporting to management
- Improve estimating systems, processes and bid practices to strengthen quality, efficiency and consistency

What you’ll bring: You’re a commercially astute estimating leader who sees both the detail and the bigger picture. You know how to turn drawings,



specifications and market intelligence into a compelling tender, while creating an environment where your team can build confidence, capability and momentum. You’ll be comfortable making informed decisions, engaging openly with stakeholders and bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to every opportunity.

- 10+ years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying, ideally within fitout and refurbishment
- A building-related degree, diploma or trade background, with strong knowledge of trades and services
- Proven experience interpreting drawings and specifications for accuracy, buildability and commercial opportunity
- Experience developing construction programmes and managing complex, competitive tender submissions
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore and standard measurement methods
- A cooperative leadership style that brings out the best in people and builds trusted partnerships
- A proactive, accountable mindset with the confidence to improve processes and uphold high standards
