- Communicate with customers by phone, email and in person
- Prepare quotations based on drawings and customer requirements
- Follow up on orders and customer enquiries
- Coordinate site measurements and installation schedules
- Prepare and organise quotations, orders and general office documents
- Assist with day-to-day office administration
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal team members as required

About You
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Good computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office applications
- Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers
- Previous experience in estimating, stone, cabinetry, construction or building materials is highly regarded
- Candidates without direct industry experience may also be considered if they have solid communication skills and are willing to learn

Pay: $54,500.00 – $151,452.31 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 per week
