We’re looking for an experienced residential metal roofer / Senior Roofer to join our growing team.
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, knows how to run a good day on site and wants to be part of a company where there’s a genuine pathway into Leading Hand, Supervisor and Operations roles.
You don’t need to be a finished leader; but you do need the attitude, experience and professionalism to become one.
About the role
You’ll be working across residential roofing projects throughout Brisbane & SEQ, alongside a growing team of experienced roofers and apprentices.
You’ll be expected to
- Complete residential metal roofing works to a high standard
- Take ownership of your work, site and responsibilities
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety
- Help mentor apprentices and less experienced roofers
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional site
- Coordinate with the wider team to keep projects moving
- Communicate clearly with management and other trades
- Step into a leadership role as your experience and capability develops
- Help us continuously improve how we deliver our projects
About you
- Strong residential metal roofing experience
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Leadership experience is preferred, but not essential
