- Manage and lead established local hospitality venues across Brisbane's northern suburbs and the Moreton Bay region
n
- Lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Oversee operations across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- Drive venue performance and KPIs
n
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
- Apply hospitality leadership experience across Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager opportunities

Requirements

n

n
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
n
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
- Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
n
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
n
