Store Manager - NEW Rouse Hill Concept Store Opening SOON, NSW

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas's retail expansion in Australia?

n

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager who maintains high standards of themselves and their staff to drive excellence in our NEW Concept Store located in Rouse Hill, NSW.

n

The ideal candidate must be able to confidently present themselves and their store to a high standard and work efficiently to support a wide variety of customers and key stakeholders.

n

Retail Leaders are expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, ensuring all team are cognizant of store performance results, data, objectives and action plans.
n
- Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.
n
- Address identified improvement areas to maximise commercial impact, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
n
- Drive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitability, identifying ways to remain most productive and efficient and actioning them.
n
- Lead service by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading team on the sales floor.
n
- Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
n




- Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance and brand knowledge and awareness.
n
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environment, empowering team contribution and skillset in the process.
n
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
n
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand partners to ensure professional and adequate department support at a store level.
n

The successful candidate:

n

n
- You will have a commercial mindset and strong retail background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
n
- You will be motivated, energetic, results driven and passionate about people and product. You will also be confident working in a fast paced, high-exposure concept store, leading store walk-throughs and liaising with brand leaders and stakeholders.
n
- Retail Store Manager experiencerepresenting men's/women's global brand, preferably in sports would be desirable.
n
- You have experience driving operational excellence and mentoring your team to succeed.
n

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

- Retail Store Manager experience representing men's/women's global brand, preferably in sports would be desirable.
n
