Responsibilities

What will you be doing? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants for Hilton Surfers Paradise. In this role you will be responsible for;

- Providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests at all times
- Receiving orders and responding to guest requests in a timely manner
- Understanding menu content,



any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

- RSA - Must have a current and valid ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
- Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food preferred but not required
- Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- A solid work ethic with a willingness to learn
