We are seeking dedicated, mature, compassionate and easy-going Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide Support to our Female Client located in Brassall. Our female Client is a warm and positive individual who enjoys life with an easy-going attitude. She values independence and is looking for a support worker who can complement her lifestyle and personality. Someone who is comfortable around her pets and up for fun activities in the community!

In this role you will Support her with community access, domestic assistance around the home and meal preparation.

Shifts Available:

- Monday to Sunday's 8:00am to 1:00pm.
- Monday to Sunday 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
- We are looking for someone with availability across varies days, and someone who is comfortable to support when urgent shifts arise.

What You’ll Need:

- A valid driver’s license.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- A friendly and respectful attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and support independent living.

We also support our staff through our EAP service which offers 4 x free counselling sessions where required,



as well as discounted physiotherapy sessions at select physio practices while also having the assurance of consistency of Clients you support. You have a comprehensive suite of online learning to support you and face to face learnings. If this is you, please put in your application!

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…

To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered

Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist

Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs

Provide support to our Clients as required

Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner

Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required

Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals To be Successful you must…

Resonate with the role description above

Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)

Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred)

Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia

Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

Manual handling experience required
