The Role
- Provide maintenance, repair and fault-finding services to the printing, packaging and label industries.
- Work on a large variety of equipment including old technology through to state-of-the-art automation systems.
- Diagnose and effect repairs to complex electrical systems and components.
- Provide a high standard of customer support/service to our clients.
- Be willing to travel through-out Melbourne area with occasional regional, interstate and possibility of overseas travel.
Skills & Qualifications
- A-Grade Electrical License
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy
- A proactive mindset with an efficient, solutions-based attitude
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and record-keeping skills
- Experience in automation software and systems is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills or desire to build them is highly desirable and will be rewarded.
