Finance Business Partner The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) WA is committed to ensuring people living, working and travelling across Western Australia have access to essential healthcare services, regardless of where they are located.
As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to provide financial insight, analysis and strategic support that drives business performance. Partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes, enabling RFDS WA to continue delivering vital services to regional and remote communities.
This is a full-time, Permanent opportunity based at RFDS Jandakot.
About the role
- Support the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Partner with leaders to provide timely financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support business initiatives.
- Prepare month-end reporting highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
About you
- CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent professional finance qualification.
- Minimum three years' experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar financial analysis role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive working relationships across the business.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
