Financial Planning (Banking & Financial Services)

The Opportunity:

Investlink Group is an established financial planning practice based in Parramatta, focused on providing personalised advice and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Financial Planning Administrative Officer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is interested in financial planning and financial services. Some previous exposure to the industry would be an advantage, but extensive financial planning experience is not required.

You’ll receive support and training while gaining hands-on exposure to the financial advice process and developing your knowledge over time.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and team
- Assist with client applications, forms and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and data
- Liaise with clients and financial service providers
- Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Use financial planning software and online platforms
- Follow up outstanding requests and applications
- Support the team with general administration and client service
- Help ensure client work is completed accurately and on time

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:





- Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar support role
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, positive and willing to learn
- Interested in developing their knowledge of financial planning and financial services

Previous experience in financial planning, banking, superannuation, insurance or financial services would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Studies or qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or Financial Planning would also be an advantage.
