About the Role

We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Ormeau. Our team generally works a 4-day (Mon>Thu) 38hr full-time, condensed working week.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support day-to-day production operations by:

- Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets
- Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods
- Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting the warehouse team when required
- Upholding WH&S;, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

What you'll be doing

- Following all company policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, including relevant documentation
- Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control




- Observing and adhering to work health and safety requirements
- Reporting hazards and incidents immediately

What you'll bring

- Able to manage time well and organise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Use initiative to solve problems and maintain quality standards
- Positive, reliable, and works well as part of a team
- Physically able to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- Follows WHS procedures and uses PPE correctly
- Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
- Reliable transport for work
