Food, Wine & Beverage Attendant at our UMA Restaurant

Join UMA at Pan Pacific Perth, where vibrant Peruvian flavours and South American influences come together to create a unique dining experience. We are seeking a passionate and service-focused Food, Wine & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food and wine knowledge, personalised service, and attention to detail.

The Food, Wine & Beverage Attendant is available on a casual basis; however, part-time or may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities at UMA

- Deliver exceptional food, wine, and beverage service to guests.
- Share knowledge of menu items, wine selections, and food pairing recommendations.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.
- Promote outlet specials and confidently upsell food, wine, beverages, and hotel offerings.
- Ensure service areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
- Provide personalised service, responding promptly to guest enquiries and requests.




- Assist with cashiering duties and guest account transactions.

Bar Attendant at Mas Vino Join Mas Vino, Pan Pacific Perth's stylish wine bar and restaurant, where great wine, quality food, and genuine hospitality come together. We are seeking a passionate and service-focused Bar Attendant to deliver memorable guest experiences through attentive table service, wine recommendations, and beverage preparation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both front-of-house service and basic bartending, with a genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities at Mas Vino

- Deliver exceptional food, wine, and beverage service to guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including wine, beer, and basic cocktails.
- Recommend menu items, wines, and venue specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Complete mise en place and ensure service areas are ready for operation.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide personalised service.
- Process guest payments and assist with cashiering duties.

About You

- Passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and guest experiences.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and confidence in making recommendations.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced team environment.
- Previous food and beverage experience, including wine service or basic bartending skills, will be highly regarded.
