It is a very fast paced role/setting and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multi tasking, extremely organised and shines under pressure during those busy periods. What we’re looking for in you?

- Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk in customers (training provided)
- A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality! Greeting & serving customers, walk in retail sales, general enquiries etc.
- Confidence in assisting your store manager to run a large team of barbers.
- A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI’s.
- Roster flexibility - This role requires flexible availability to work all day Monday, Wednesday & Sunday. Extra shifts will also be required occasionally to cover sick and annual leave periods. Part time employment will be offered to a successful candidate after the probation period.
