Aletek is an independent manufacturing company servicing the mining and oil & gas industries, with a reputation built on quality, innovation, responsiveness, and strong values.

We are recruiting a Global Head of Production to lead our manufacturing performance, develop Production Supervisors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure world-class delivery, safety, quality, and operational outcomes across our production operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and develop Production Supervisors and manufacturing teams.
- Drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity performance.
- Implement structured continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Use data and project management disciplines to remove constraints and improve manufacturing outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and production leaders.
- Strong project management and continuous improvement qualifications.




- Experience in fabrication, assembly, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or similar environments.
- A hands-on leader who can coach, challenge, and develop teams while delivering results.

Location Requirement

This role is open to candidates anywhere in Australia and can ultimately be based in either Brisbane or Bundaberg. However, successful candidates must be willing to live and work in Bundaberg for a minimum of three months at the commencement of employment to complete onboarding, immerse themselves in our operations, build relationships with the team, and gain a deep understanding of the business.
