Job Description

Point Care Pty Ltd in Rockhampton, Australia, is hiring a dedicated disability support worker to assist clients under their NDIS plans. The role promotes independence and wellbeing through tailored daily living support.

You will assist with eating, dressing, bathing and grooming, provide transportation, and keep care plans up to date. You'll work closely with families and the care team, follow health/safety rules, and engage in ongoing career development.
