Pay: $41.74 - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + Super

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Bracken Ridge

At Goodstart Bracken Ridge is a 75-place centre and we're looking for a passionate Senior Educator (Room Leader) to join our dedicated team and help shape meaningful learning experiences for children in the Toddlers Room every day.

Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and the successful candidate must be flexible to work across a rotating roster within the centre's operating hours.

As a Senior Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging setting where children can thrive,



while mentoring and supporting fellow educators to deliver exceptional early learning outcomes.

You’ll need:

* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
