This is a busy, high-volume outlet location with an established team, proven systems and plenty happening across both the sales floor and back of house.
The business is looking for a confident Store Manager who can bring structure, energy and commercial focus to the day-to-day operation while continuing to drive strong results.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a large and fast-moving retail operation, leading a team of 11 and managing performance across sales, people, stock and operational execution.
This is a role for someone who enjoys pace, volume and complexity.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team
- Creating clear expectations and accountability across the store
- Managing rostering, wage efficiency and day-to-day productivity
- Overseeing high-volume stock flow, replenishment and inventory control
- Maintaining strong operational standards across both front and back of house
- Managing markdowns, promotional activity and visual execution
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and store performance
- Building a positive, engaged team culture
- Delivering a consistent customer experience in a busy outlet environment
What You'll Bring
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is comfortable operating at volume and knows how to balance people leadership with strong operational execution.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven Store Manager experience within a high-volume retail environment
- Strong people leadership and team development capability
- A track record of delivering sales and KPI results
- Excellent operational discipline across stock, inventory and replenishment
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use numbers to guide decisions
- Experience managing larger teams and maintaining engagement through busy trade
- Outlet retail experience highly regarded
- Experience within big box, high-volume fashion or similarly operational businesses also considered
You will be someone who can step back and see the bigger picture, but is equally comfortable getting involved when the pace picks up.
