Performance Test Engineer

Experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Performance Engineering, with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in Chaos Engineering practices.
• Strong experience in LoadRunner scripting and testing across MQ, APIs, and complex architectures involving multi-cloud and on-premises systems.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services such as Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end performance testing engagements.
• Experience in project estimation and resource management.
• Innovative thinking, with exposure to AI capabilities considered an advantage.
• Experience in non-functional requirements gathering and driving
• Experience in Test plan and test closure reports
• Experience in performance tuning and recommendations

Technical Skills




• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong scripting capability in Python, Java, or Groovy for test automation.
• Deep understanding of database tuning and distributed computing systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing within them.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, etc.
