At least 3-5 years' experience in Kafka.
Strong background in Java (11+), Maven/Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and related frameworks/libraries.
Very strong background in Java-based Software DesignExperience with continuous integration/delivery, and tooling such as Git/GitHub, Bamboo/Jenkins.
Proficiency in SQL and/or non-relational databases such as MongoDB

Experience with containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift).

Knowledge with Cloud Services (e.g. AWS or Google Cloud knowledge & experience of monitoring tools (eg. Prometheus, Splunk, ELK stack)
