We are seeking part time & casual Food & Beverage Attendants to work at the Hepburn Pavilion Cafe at Hepburn Springs, VIC, AU. The role is Full time on site.

Hepburn Pavilion Cafe - Daylesford 3460. The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital, nested in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford, 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

- Meet the requirements of the centre's food safety plan
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
- Use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Ability to work mornings and weekends

Skills & Attributes

- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Coffee making / Barista skills
- Ability to be versatile during the centre's peak periods

Essentials

- RSA Certificate
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Police Check




- Working with Children Check
- Food Handling Certificate
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
