We run agri-tourism experiences and supply fresh cherries to Australia’s supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets. We also export our fresh cherries around the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE
If you have experience leading small teams in a fast-paced environment and enjoy guiding others while also being hands-on with the work.
Join our seasonal team from mid October 2026 to January 2027 in the stunning Yarra Valley in Victoria, just a 1-hour drive from Melbourne CBD.
Positions available in our Packing Facility located in the Yarra Valley Area.
These roles are suitable for applicants with full working rights, including Working Holiday Visa holders, Australian Permanent Residents, and Australian Citizens. We’re eligible to sign off on visa day extensions for Working Holiday Visa holders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise a team of around 10-20 people.
- Set up and operate the lane machine (training provided).
- Manage label stock levels at each exit lane.
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate, aiming for efficiency and productivity.
- Perform general cleaning duties at the end of each shift with your team.
- Motivate packers and box makers, helping to maintain a safe and positive work workplace.
About you:
- You have your own vehicle and a full driver's licence
- You have a good command of English and can communicate effectively using two-way radios
- You have at least 1 year of experience in leading teams
- You have experience in maintenance or operating machinery (highly regarded).
- You have strong organisational skills and can multitask to keep daily activities running smoothly
- You understand and promote Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities
- You are mechanically minded
- You are available to work weekends and can commit to the full season
- You are team-oriented, reliable, and highly organised
