About You You do not need to be able to negotiate with rocks just yet, but you should be keen to learn how to understand their behaviour and recognise when they are trying to tell you something significant.
You Will Have
- A tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in underground mining geotechnical engineering, with open pit experience considered advantageous.
- A sound understanding of ground control, ground support and geotechnical risk management principles.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A practical approach to problem solving and a commitment to safe mining practices.
- A willingness to learn, develop and contribute within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Why AIM? Join AIM at an exciting stage of growth and contribute to the success of both our current operations and future mining developments.
