About The Role
Due to continued business growth, Contract Resources is seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Perth-based team.
Working closely with our Regional Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to the operational, commercial and project delivery aspects of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates from Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines who are eager to develop their career in a fast-paced and energetic industry.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects across onshore and offshore facilities, learning how major industrial shutdown, maintenance and project activities are planned, mobilised, managed and successfully delivered.
Through a combination of office-based responsibilities and site exposure, you will develop a broad understanding of project execution, operational planning, commercial performance and client engagement.
This role is designed to develop future project, operational and business leaders, providing valuable mentoring and exposure to senior management from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to Regional Managers across project delivery, operational and commercial activities
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across onshore and offshore facilities
- Support project mobilisation activities, including personnel, equipment and logistics coordination
- Monitor project performance, schedules, budgets and key deliverables
- Coordinate with operational teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
- Participate in site visits to gain operational knowledge and practical project experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business projects as required
- Maintain compliance with Contract Resources' safety, quality and operational standards
About you You are a motivated graduate looking to build a long-term career within the Oil & Gas industry. You enjoy solving problems, working with people and taking ownership of tasks while developing your commercial and operational knowledge. Qualifications & Experience
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in both office and site-based environments
- Ability and willingness to undertake site travel as required
- Current C Class Driver's License
- Full working rights in Australia
