About the role An experienced Group Operations & Contracts Manager (OM-CM) is required to support operational performance, governance, contracts administration and business coordination across the organization's international studio operations. This is a hands-on management role that will work closely with executive leadership to ensure business operations are coordinated effectively, contractual obligations are managed, and operational priorities are delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities across multiple studio locations
- Support implementation of business initiatives and operational improvements
- Drive accountability for management actions and business priorities
- Support business continuity and operational planning activities
- Monitor and escalate operational risks
- Coordinate management reporting cycles
- Maintain business registers and tracking systems
- Prepare operational dashboards and KPI reporting
- Manage and maintain the company contract register
- Administer client, consultant and supplier agreements
About you
- 5+ years' experience in Operations Management, Practice Management,
Business Management or Commercial Operations
- Experience managing contracts, compliance obligations or commercial administration activities
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Experience within architecture, design, engineering, consultancy or professional services (highly regarded)
- Contracts administration experience (highly regarded)
- Governance or compliance experience (highly regarded)
- Multi-location operational support experience (highly regarded)
