Position: Head Barista - Supervisor
Location: South Melbourne
Type: Full-Time
Must require: 3 or more years of experience
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire our amazing barista team to deliver top-quality coffee and outstanding service.
- Keep our café shining and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Train and support our staff on all things coffee, making sure we all shine together.
- Manage our inventory and stock, ensuring we have everything we need to keep our café buzzing.
- Get creative with seasonal drinks and menu items that will delight our customers.
- Engage with our wonderful guests, making every visit special!
Who You Are:
- You have experience as a barista or supervisor in a café and love coffee as much as we do.
- You’re knowledgeable about brewing techniques and specialty drinks.
- You have great leadership and communication skills, with a warm and friendly vibe.
- You thrive in a busy environment and can juggle tasks with a smile.
- You genuinely enjoy providing excellent customer service.
