As Head of Compliance &

- Risk, you will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Peninsula’s compliance program and risk frameworks, with a strong focus on sales and marketing processes. This role is critical in ensuring that customer acquisition, promotional practices and go-to-market strategies are in alignment with regulatory requirements.

What will you be doing?

- Lead and upskill the Compliance and Risk team whilst ensuring the timely completion of all compliance and risk tasks and reporting.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and business units to develop a strong compliance and risk culture and develop initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop, uplift and embed compliance and risk frameworks across the broader organisation.
- Facilitate compliance and risk workshops and training sessions.
- Report to the Board on adherence to Compliance processes.

What will you bring?

- 3+ years experience in leading, managing and developing compliance teams
- 5+ years in a Compliance role
- An ability to be both strategic and hands-on in delivering objectives
- Extensive experience developing,



embedding and advising on compliance and risk obligations, processes & controls
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and establish strong relationships across disciplines.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative
