Your chance:

Lead curriculum and instructional improvement across Prep-Year 6, working alongside a second HOD/C to strengthen consistency in curriculum, teaching and learning.

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Build teacher capability through mentoring, coaching, professional learning and collaborative planning.
- Lead Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) and use student learning data to drive improvement.
- Support the implementation of Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 through the three levels of planning.
- Strengthen the connection between student needs and data, Setting Professional Goals (SPG),



the school's Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and teachers' responsive day-to-day classroom practice.
