Head Communications + PR, APAC

A leading global financial technology and digital assets company is seeking an experienced Head of Communications, APAC. With a strong focus on Singapore and the wider region, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building, influencing and driving communications outcomes in a fast-moving, high-growth, hands on environment.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional communications role.

We are looking for a commercially minded communications leader who enjoys building, influencing and operating in fast-moving environments. You will own the APAC communications strategy, partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in shaping how the organisation is perceived across the region.

You will work at the intersection of corporate reputation, media relations, thought leadership, strategic partnerships and executive communications.

The role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia (Remote/ Hybrid).

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and execute the APAC communications strategy across multiple markets.




- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and regional leadership teams.
- Build relationships with tier-one business, financial, technology and mainstream media across APAC with a strong focus on Singapore.
- Lead high-profile communications campaigns, announcements and strategic initiatives.
- Drive thought leadership opportunities for senior executives and key spokespeople.
- Manage agency partners and external stakeholders across the region.
- Partner with global teams to localise and amplify international campaigns.
- Support communications around major partnerships, sponsorships and corporate initiatives.
- Help shape reputation, narrative and stakeholder engagement across a rapidly evolving industry.

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years' experience in corporate communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
- Experience leading regional communications programs across APAC.
- Robust media relationships across business, financial, technology and broadcast media.
- Background within financial services, fintech, technology, corporate affairs, consulting or agency environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
- Experience building teams, mentoring talent and driving measurable outcomes.
