About the role
The Head of Product owns what Entsia builds and why, ensuring product direction is clear, prioritised, and aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.
The role establishes the frameworks, decision-making, and ways of working that enable the company to focus on the highest-value opportunities and evolve the platform as a scalable, reusable product.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role contributes to enterprise-level decision-making, taking ownership of company outcomes and ensuring product and commercial considerations are clearly understood in shaping business decisions.

Skills and Experience
The role requires the following skills and experience:
- Experience leading engineering in a B2B SaaS or platform business, with accountability for delivery, platform performance and reliability, and technical sustainability.
- Proven ability to establish and evolve engineering as a coherent function, introducing structure, standards, and consistent ways of working across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Experience leading through managers and senior leaders, building leadership capability and alignment across teams.
- Strong track record of shaping engineering environments toward scalable, platform-based approaches, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.
- Ability to set and maintain technical direction, ensuring standards, priorities and trade-offs are applied consistently across teams, particularly in environments with evolving priorities.
- Robust judgement in defining how engineering should operate as the business grows, including organisation design, capability development, and operating model evolution.
- Confidence to contribute at a leadership level, ensuring engineering considerations are clearly understood and factored into company decisions.
- Ability to operate as an enterprise leader, contributing to company-wide priorities and decisions beyond the immediate function.
