High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for an ongoing chance based in Richlands, Brisbane Southside. This is a hands-on warehouse role offering ongoing work, weekly pay, and a view to permanent employment for the right candidate. Suitable for applicants seeking a genuine all-rounder warehouse position rather than a forklift-only role.

About the Role

- Ongoing casual position with view to permanent employment

- Approximately 35 hours per week

- Overtime opportunities available

- AM and PM shifts available

- Start times may vary based on operational requirements

- Weekly roster provided

- Based in Richlands on Brisbane’s Southside

- Fast-paced warehouse environment

- Mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties

Pay Rate

- $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

- Overtime available where required

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently

- Putaway, replenishment and stock movement

- Picking orders using RF scanners

- Receiving and dispatch duties

- Manual handling and general storeperson tasks





- Inventory and stock control support

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Assisting across multiple warehouse functions as required

About You

- Current valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)

- Minimum 6 months recent High Reach forklift experience

- LO Licence highly regarded but not essential

- Comfortable working in an all-rounder role consisting of approximately 30% forklift operation and 70% warehouse/storeperson duties

- Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling throughout the shift

- Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented

- Must have unrestricted working rights and availability for rostered shifts
