? THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to support our front-desk operations. You will welcome guests, assist with inquiries, coordinate reservations and check-ins, handle basic administrative tasks, and help ensure guests receive professional and efficient service throughout their stay.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Welcome guests and provide a friendly first point of contact
✔️ Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
✔️ Respond to guest questions and general hotel inquiries
✔️ Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
✔️ Assist with reservations, bookings, and guest information
✔️ Maintain accurate front-desk and guest records
✔️ Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
✔️ Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
✔️ Process routine administrative and reception tasks
✔️ Provide information about hotel facilities and services
✔️ Maintain a professional and organized reception area
✔️ Support smooth day-to-day front-office operations
