Role Description The HR Analyst is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting HR operations and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role includes maintaining and updating HRIS records, tracking employee data, and generating reports to support workforce planning and compliance.
The HR Analyst will assist with benefits administration, onboarding documentation, and HR process improvements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing HR metrics, supporting HR management with insights and recommendations, and helping ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently. The role may also collaborate with leadership on resource planning for marketing and sponsorship projects, while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support HR operations and policy implementation.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including experience interpreting HR data, generating reports,
and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Experience with Advantages Administration, including assisting with enrollment, tracking eligibility, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including updating records, maintaining data integrity, and supporting system-related processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with small business or startup environments; prior experience in sports or marketing industries is a plus but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
