Skills And Experiences

Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Prior experience in an HSEQ Coordinator, HSE Coordinator, HSEQ Administrator or HSEQ Document Control role — ideally in commercial construction, engineering or heavy industry.
- Hands-on Procore experience — Buildcorp uses Procore extensively across the Group.
- Working knowledge of Breadcrumb (or similar site-safety mobile platforms) and SharePoint.
- Strong document control and audit administration background.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuinely organised, systems-minded approach to your work.
- Confident communication skills — you'll work across the Group HSEQ team, project safety personnel, and external auditors.
- A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent HSEQ qualification) is preferred.
- An interest in building your career in HSEQ within a values-led, construction-industry business.
