We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as HR Business Partner (HRBP)for Australia partners with business leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across Australia. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into actionable HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR frameworks, governance, and standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Business Partnership

- Partner with business leaders across Australia to understand business priorities and workforce implications
- Provide pragmatic HR advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Support leaders in building high performing, engaged, and inclusive teams

2. Talent & Performance Management
- Drive performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration) across Australia
- Partner with leaders on talent identification, succession planning, and development actions
- Support leadership capability building through coaching and development initiatives

3. Employee Relations & Compliance




- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of policies
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and investigation cases in line with local employment laws
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation

4. Organizational Effectiveness & Change
- Support business transformation, restructuring, and change initiatives
- Partner with leaders to implement organization design changes and workforce restructuring where required
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption

5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the execution of engagement initiatives and action planning based on survey results
- Champion company values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture across Australia
- Partner with leaders to address retention risks and enhance employee experience

6. HR Program Delivery
- Execute regional/global HR programs (e.g., compensation reviews, promotions, talent cycles) within Australia
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development)

7. Data & Insights
- Use HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights to business leaders




- Monitor key people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) and recommend interventions
- Support reporting and workforce planning discussions

- Business Leaders across Australia
- Regional People Lead (APAC) and HR Leadership Team
- Centres of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D;)
- HR Operations / Shared Services

Key requirements

- Preferably 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting an Australian workforce preferred.
- Robust exposure to employee relations and employment law in Australia.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
