We are PROLEC Electrical & Air-Conditioning — a growing, family-owned local business based in Eltham, Victoria. We specialise in electrical, data and mechanical services across residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on air-conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance throughout Melbourne’s north-east.

We’re now looking for an experienced HVAC Technician and another apprentice to join our small, tight-knit team and grow with us as our mechanical division continues to expand.

? What your day-to-day will look like

- Your job run loaded directly to your phone via Simpro Mobile
- Installing and commissioning split systems, multi-heads and ducted AC systems
- Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining air-conditioning equipment
- Diagnosing airflow, electrical and refrigerant faults
- Discussing options and solutions with customers onsite
- Processing job notes,



photos, certificates and payments digitally
- Keeping your work vehicle stocked and organised

? What we’re looking for (Qualified)

- Trade qualified HVAC / Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Technician
- Minimum 2 years qualified and vast experience in AC installs and service work
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working in residential and light commercial environments
- Confident communicator with customers and office staff
- Well-presented, skilled and reliable
- Holds a valid driver’s licence

- Own base hand tools

- A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn off senior technicians
- A self motivated individual looking to obtain there qualification in refrigeration
- Confident communicator with customers and office staff
