What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you'll partner closely with clients to successfully deliver end-to-end Lyric HCM implementations. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Consulting with clients to understand and define business requirements

✅ Managing the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through to go-live

✅ Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues

✅ Delivering post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Building strong client relationships to ensure a positive implementation experience

What We're Looking For

✔ Payroll expertise with implementation, project, or systems experience

✔ Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

✔ The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

✔ Experience with HRIS, payroll, or HCM platforms highly regarded
