We’re Hiring – Track Marshals

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Track Marshals to join our team at P1 Entertainment Complex.

As a Track Marshal, you will be responsible for supervising our go-kart sessions and helping create a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Your role will include:

1. Supervising go-kart sessions and monitoring the track
2. Ensuring customers follow all track and safety rules
3. Assisting drivers before and after their sessions
4. Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents
5. Providing friendly and skilled customer service
6. Helping maintain a safe, clean and well-organised track area

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Is reliable, responsible and punctual
3. Is confident, alert and safety-focused
4. Can stay calm and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
5. Enjoys working with customers and as part of a team
6. Has a genuine interest in go-karting, motorsport or mechanical work
7. Is hands-on and enjoys fixing, maintaining and tinkering with things
8.



Has mechanical or technical skills – preferred, but not essential
9. Is flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends

10. Must be available to work Saturdays No previous track marshal experience is required — full training will be provided.
