What you'll do:

n

n
- Own and evolve customer-facing digital platforms and connected systems
n
- Lead a small full stack development team across Australia and offshore
n
- Drive platform scalability, integrations, reporting capability and workflow optimisation
n
- Assess and prioritise technology initiatives based on business value and commercial outcomes
n




- Improve customer engagement, onboarding and digital experiences
n
- Introduce AI and automation solutions that improve speed, efficiency and delivery outcomes
n
- Act as the technical lead across stakeholder and integration conversations
n
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver practical technology solutions
n
- Own platform reliability, governance, vendor management and ongoing system improvements
n
- Drive continuous improvement with a fast, iterative and pragmatic mindset
n

What we're looking for:

n

- Strong background in full stack software development
n
- Experience leading digital products, platforms or customer-facing technology environments
n
- Hands-on technical leadership capability with the ability to stay close to delivery
n
- Background within startup, scale-up, SaaS, ecommerce or digitally driven businesses
n
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, integrations and scalable platforms
n
- Commercially minded with robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
n
- Experience leading agile development teams
n
- Exposure to AI implementation, workflow automation and contemporary development tooling
n
- Strategic thinker who can balance innovation with practical delivery
n
- Someone who enjoys building, improving and evolving digital products and platforms
