TheRole

AsaSeniorTechnicalConsultantatAntares,youwilluseyourdesignanddevelopmentskillstoassistintheimplementationofApplicationDevelopmentprojectsacrossmultipleclients,andyouwillalsohavetheopportunitytoworkonupcomingAIprojectsaswell.

ThisrolewillbeaPermanent or Contract role,basedeitherinSydneyorMelbourne.

n

Therightcandidatewillbesomeonewhowantstolearnandgrowwithus. Youdon'tneedtobethemosttechnicallybrilliantpersonintheroom,butyoudoneedtobeself-driven,passionateandmotivatedbytechnology.

Weoffertheopportunitytoworkwithrealprojectsandreal-worldclientsacrosscuttingedgetechnology. Withanewprojecteverycoupleofmonths,thisisanincrediblypowerfullearningenvironment.

Technically,youwillneedtohaveexperiencedeveloping. NETAppsonMicrosoftAzure,aswellasexperiencewithReactand/orAngular,andexposuretoPowerApps. WealsoareeagerwiththosethathaveaninterestinworkingonAIApps.

Perhapsthemostkeyelementofthisroleistheabilitytoleadourcustomersthroughthesolutionprocess. Theidealcandidatewillwanttotrulyunderstandtheproblemandbeanactiveforceincreatingasolution. Youwillneedstrongconsultingandpre-sale'sabilitytoperformintherolebutwillalsocomewithastrongtechnicalexpertisebackground.

- ItisessentialthatyouareMicrosoftAligned,withseveralyears'experiencedeveloping.NetAppsonMicrosoftAzureandapassionforhelpingclientsrealisetheirfullpotentialwithintheMicrosoftCloudspace

- YouwillhaveaninterestinbuildingintelligentApps,workingonAIApps,andleveragingAIandothermoderntechnologies
n
- Severalyears'experiencewithReactand/orAngular
n
- ExposuretoPowerApps–Youdon'tneedyearsofexperienceunderyourbelt,butyoudoneedtobeeagertoimmerseyourselfintheplatformanddoitproperly.Thisisanincrediblechancefortherightpersontogainexposuretocutting-edgetechnologies

- Experiencewithallphasesofanengagement–pre-sales,discovery,designandimplementation
n
- Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsareessential.Youwillbeaconfidentspeaker,withanengagingpersonalityandabilitytobuildrapporteasily
n
- Ahugedesiretolearnandgrow.Youwillunderstandthattechnologyisalwaysshiftingandyouwillbewillingtoshiftwithitratherthanremainingcomfortable

- Experiencerunningworkshops,presentations,andprofessionaldemonstrationsforarangeofdifferentaudiencesisdesirable
